What to look for when starting your collection |

When collecting Lladró, it is important to purchase first quality perfect pieces. If the Lladro Tulip Flower Logo is missing from the base of your figure or has been ground off – The item is a second and not perfect. Without the full logo it’s worth less.
Collectors generally will not mix glazed with un-glazed because of the significant difference in the finish. Gres products must be considered a stand-alone product and often attract a customer who will collect nothing else.
Joining the Lladro Privilege Society is a fantastic way to learn more about the way products are made. It also gives the collector a chance to purchase special items and attend events. This is something all serious collectors should join.
LAP (Lladró Assurance Program)
With the Lap (Lladro Assurance Program) we want to offer a complete service for you to enjoy your sculptures for a long time. We therefore insure your sculpture at no charge from the date of purchase and forever.
In the event of breakage, you can buy your article again*, or another one of the same price or lower, from any authorised Lladró establishment with a 33% discount on the price in this sales outlet.
If the damage is only to a complement, Lladró will send it to you at no charge via your dealer (only in exceptional cases will a charge be made for certain complements). Just complete the Free Assurance Certificate you will find inside the box with your details, or enter the same details in the option Activate your free assurance. (* The piece must be in the current catalogue and still in stock.)
